Program
Marilyn Knowlden and Gloria DeMent, two former Hollywood child stars, have rich experiences and memories of making movies in Tinseltown’s Golden Era. Knowlden and DeMent met during their childhood days of dancing schools and endless auditions and became friends. Both friends have rich memories of dancing alongside Shirley Temple and acting with another child star, Bobby Breen.
After going their separate ways in adulthood, the two friends found each other at a reunion of Beverly Hills High School classmates. Now reconnected, Marilyn and Gloria created a seminar using clips of old movies and still photographs of their fellow actors such as Kathryn Hepburn, Claudette Colbert and Bette Davis.
Enjoy looking back at how it really was for the kids of the early glitz and glamour Hollywood years.

Please make your luncheon reservation by sending your check for $25.00 and make it payable to San Diego Alumnae Panhellenic. Please send your check to Teresa Leader-Anderson. (Please email Rosanne at info@sdaph.org to request her address, if needed.) RSVP by January 24, 2008 - No cancellations after this date. Your check is your reservation. Reservations will be strictly observed. All payments must be received by January 24th - no exceptions.
