Program

Escape the city for a holiday celebration. We will have the Sweet Adelines women’s quartet. Throughout the luncheon Silent Auction baskets will be available to help raise funds for our high school scholarship fund.

Auction items include tickets to "Riverdance, The Farewell Engagement". Performances are part of the Broadway San Diego series and run January 5-10, 2010.

The 2010 scholarship application is available for download on our web site. If you can not attend but would like to make a donation, then please use the "Donate" option on our web site or email info@sdaph.org for our Treasurer's address.

If you will not be present and want to place a bid on an item then please contact SDAP at info@sdaph.org with your bid request. We will also have door prizes!

We will also have the Past Presidents Recognition.

Reservations

Please make your luncheon reservation by sending your check for $25.00 (early bird postmarked by 11/24) or $30.00 (late postmarked by 11/25-28) and make it payable to San Diego Alumnae Panhellenic. Please send your check to Teresa Neilson. (Please email info@sdaph.org to request Teresa's address, if needed.) All reservations must be received by November 30, 2009 - No cancellations after this date. Your check is your reservation. Reservations will be strictly observed.

Early Registration $26.10 (through 11/25)

You can also pay now via PayPal. Click on the button to pay for your luncheon reservation. The cost is $26.10 ($25 + $1.10 processing fee.) Please note your sorority in the comments section.

Late Registration $31.20 (11/26-28)

You can also pay now via PayPal. Click on the button to pay for your luncheon reservation. The cost is $31.20 ($30 + $1.20 processing fee.) Please note your sorority in the comments section.

Directions:

  • From the 15 freeway, take the Friars Road exit EAST.
  • Go EAST on Friars Road just over half a mile (away from the stadium).
  • Turn LEFT onto Santo Road.
  • Take the 1st RIGHT onto Admiral Baker Road.
  • Proceed almost 1 mile on Admiral Baker Road. 
  • You will pass an Army Reserve Center on the right and will be driving by the golf course.
  • The Admiral Baker Clubhouse will be in front of you at the end of Admiral Baker Road.


Parking:

  • There is plenty of parking in the lot in front of the Clubhouse.  Just do not park in any spots marked reserved.
  • This is not a military base so guests do not need a pass for access or parking.
