INVITE: Bring your friends and family, guys as well as gals, to have a great time with us at the exciting and beautiful Del Mar Racetrack.
EVENT: There will be prizes, raffles, and a silent auction to win fabulous items including: dinner at local restaurants, flowers, sporting event tickets, and fabulous getaways. Each sorority will be donating themed baskets for the silent auction.
The event tickets are sold out! 
You can still join SDAP by buying a general admission ticket and joining the group at the Infield Pavilion. The lunch provided at the event will not be available to those with a general admission ticket. We would love to still see you there & have you bid on the silent auction baskets!!!

"It's BBQ time!" by Phi Mu Alumnae valued at $100:
- "For the grillin' husbands (or wives!) in the group, any meat lover is going to get fired up over this special raffle gift. Complete with marinade injector, grill pan and special grilling temperature fork, every grill master is going to feel holiday excitement in August. This fiery red basket also includes cutting boards for all types of meat, Bone Suckin' Sauce from Iowa Meat Farms, the perfect Merlot to compliment your steak, dishtowels and place mats for that perfect outdoor meal. - A basket to help you serve tasty BBQ meals! It contains imprintable BBQ party invitations, BBQ spices, Budweiser BBQ sauces, a large oval platter for your BBQ creations, and a Recipe of the Week: Burgers cookbook
Reservations
Food and admission to the racetrack are included in your ticket price. Please make reservation by sending your check and/or your donation made payable to San Diego Alumnae Panhellenic.
If received by August 9th, the cost is $18 (adults) / $5 (kids). If you reservation received August 10-17th the cost is $21 (adults) / $8 (kids). The final deadline is August 17th and there are no cancellations after this date. Please send your check to Felicia Hernandez, Fundraising Chair. (Please email info@sdaph.org to request her address, if needed.) Your check is your reservation. Reservations will be strictly observed. If you want to reserve after August 17th, then please contact the fundrainsing chair to verify whether there is space available.
