The Gemological Institute of America - We will hear a presentation on gems on the process of selection, cutting, and grading.

There is a choice of three entrées. Please indicate your entrée choice when you RSVP. All entrées will be served with a bread basket and beverage. Dessert will also be provided.
Spanish Chicken Salad: Char-broiled Marinated chicken breast sliced on a bed of romaine with fire-roasted sweet white corn, housemade pico de gallo, avocado, black beans and pepper jack cheese served with a cilantro citrus dressing
Pacific Chicken Salad: Teriyaki-glazed breast of chicken, bean sprouts, snow peas, sweet red peppers, water chestnuts, toasted cashews, and crispy wonton strips on a bed on romaine with a ginger dressing
Stuffed Beefsteak Tomatoes: Beefsteak tomatoes are stuffed with a classic chicken saladof diced chicken breast, celery, almonds, grapes and a touch of curry

Reservations will be strictly observed. No shows will be invoiced -no exceptions

From Interstate 5 [north or south] take the Palomar Airport Road exit and head east. Take the first left onto Paseo Del Norte and head north. Travel north past three parking lot entrances to Carlsbad Premium Outlets and turn right at the north end of the mall onto Car Country Drive [Hoehn Honda is on the northeast corner]. Take the first right into the mall's north parking lot. You'll see the restaurant on the left.
