SDAP College Scholarship Requirements College Applicants This scholarship is available to qualified undergraduate students who are active members of an NPC sorority/women's fraternity at CSUSM, USD, UCSD or SDSU. Outstanding, qualified applicants will be well-rounded women who demonstrate academic excellence, merit, and school & community involvement. 1. A completed scholarship application form. 2. An official copy of your College transcript. 3. A letter of recommendation. We ask for the following items in our scholarship application: College Activities Community Activities Honors, Awards, Leadership Positions Interests and Hobbies Employment Greek Affiliation Congratulations to our 2011 Winners!
